Determine the note type that works best for you
In Suki Assistant, your notes can have empty sections and sections that are pre-populated with helpful templated text.
For your organization, Suki provides the following readymade note types:
- APSO Clinic Note - simple structure with open sections.
- SOAP Clinic Note - also a simple structure with open sections.
- History and Physical - pre-populated with chart data, physical exam and review of systems
