Add problems and diagnosis codes
There are several ways to add problems and associated diagnosis codes in your patients notes using Suki.
- Suki to Epic - Add problems and comments in Suki. When you submit your note to Epic, your note as well as the Visit Diagnoses Table in Epic will be updated.
- Epic to Suki - Document problems and visit diagnoses in Epic, then use Visit Diagnoses Refresh to pull diagnoses from Epic to Suki.
- Epic to Suki - When you say “Suki, add a problem” or tap + New Problem, your problem list will appear and you can select problems from the list.
